New Patient

Our doctors are currently accepting pediatric patients. Our Nurse Practitioner and Physician's Assistants are currently accepting some adults.

Due to COVID-19, we ask that new patients fill out their paperwork online before hand to minimize time in the waiting room.

Our office has a newly implemented patient portal that has all the paperwork loaded online.

Wellness

From the time your child is born, they should be seen for wellnesses regularly. While we recommend yearly wellnesses, they are not urgent. It may be a few days before we are able to see you, but you will be put on the schedule at our earliest opening.

If you have any questions about which immunizations are given, please give us a call! We are happy to help our patients in any way.

Prescriptions

We do ask that all patients are seen in office before prescriptions can be written.

Walk-ins

We do not generally accept walk-ins. The providers schedules are usually full the night before. If you would like an appointment, please call our office. Thank you for your understanding!

We do our best to get schedule sick visits as soon as we can.

Flu Shot

With everything going on right now, it is important to stay healthy. We offer flu shots in our office by appointment.

X-Rays

We have a Radiation Technician working in our office and are able to x-ray your broken bones or potential broken bones as needed. If you have any questions, give us a call!
